The data controller is credeo.rs d.o.o., Vladimira Popovića 38–40, New Belgrade, Serbia. Privacy requests can be sent to info@credeo.rs.

Data we process

• Information you send by email, such as your name, email address, company, message, and any attachments.
• Limited technical request information processed by GitHub Pages when delivering the website, such as an IP address, browser information, date and time, and requested page.
• A session-storage value recording that the cookie notice was dismissed. It expires when the browser session ends and is not used for tracking.

Purposes and legal bases

• To answer inquiries and take steps requested before entering a contract.
• To conduct and protect our business based on our legitimate interests, including correspondence, service security, and the establishment or defense of legal claims.
• To comply with legal and accounting obligations where applicable.

Recipients and international transfers

Personal data may be processed by our email provider and by GitHub Pages, which hosts this website. GitHub may process technical data in the United States and other countries under its applicable privacy and transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or existing business relationship, meet legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims. Hosting logs are retained by the hosting provider according to its policies.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection or, where the GDPR applies, an appropriate EU supervisory authority.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
